A charming scene with gold accents and bright purple flowers shined at The Narrative this weekend to celebrate the new Mr. and Mrs., Cameron and Amy Diskin! The beautiful couple, who met on Yahoo messenger 22 years ago, made it official at The Santa Barbara Courthouse Mural Room on Saturday afternoon. After the picture-perfect ceremony, guests made their way to our event space to congratulate them on their long awaited marriage!
The couple told their love story through every detail, with help from Ventura Rentals and their decor, which set the scene for such a personal celebration. They tied in elements of California and Florida, the bride and groom's hometowns, that shared tidbits about how they came to be together. Now both from the Los Angeles area, they brought their LA foodie culture with them through caterer Clever Foodies, who made a delicious gourmet taco bar for guests to enjoy. In between runs to the taco bar, guests moved to the groovy tunes of DJ Scott Topper, who always knows how to keep the party going! The gold details that rung throughout The Narrative put a sparkle on the night, moving all the way into the fabulous gold cake!
