A couple weeks ago, Eric and a few members of the Foundation Training team worked with guest star Elijah Sacra for a video highlighting a few exercises designed for pain relief. Elijah Sacra is a US Marine Corps Veteran that has continued to serve our country through Warrior Wellness Solutions, a nonprofit organization based in North Carolina.

Lights, camera... blades? Watching the finished product of a video shoot, you never know what goes on behind-the-scenes to get that perfect shot. Rollerblades happen to be the winning technique for Venture Visual's shoot with Heritage Oaks Bank. Venture Visuals is a Santa Barbara-based video production company that have collaborated with the likes of Apple, UGG Australia, and Ford to help them create the stories they share with the world! Also a shout out to Cut/Print Creative for her styling and make-up artistry on set!
The crew from Hed Hi made the long journey to The Narrative a few weeks back to do some video production for Invoca, a local tech company. For the Friday narrative this week we want to bring you the photographic story of their adventure! Photos taken by Tim McManus.
Invoca's marketing department and Hed Hi Media (all the way from beautiful Charleston, South Carolina!) came to the Narrative to do a video shoot. This was in preparation for Invoca's Call Intelligence Summit, a three-day event where customers come to network and learn more about Invoca's product.
The crew from Harpo Studios, Oprah's multimedia production company turned the loft into a professional studio this past Friday. They were here in Santa Barbara to film an interview for the Emmy-nominated Oprah Presents Master Class series.
The group of individuals that make up Foundation Training are an inspirational bunch. They're based in Santa Barbara but teach and motivate a broad spectrum of people all over the country to take control of their bodies and strengthen themselves.

“Taste Life”, produced by Endorphin Entertainment and Standing Sun Wines, is hosted and directed by Lee Abbott. General Hospital Actress and Co-Producer, Laura Wright is a special guest on the show along side her husband, Winemaker, John Wright of Standing Sun Wines.
We are excited to be involved in this project and we cannot WAIT to see the finished product! Come to 240 STUDIO on October 24th, meet the wonderful producers and taste their outstanding wine!

Dr. Eric Goodman and his skilled staff of Trainers came to 240 STUDIO for a whirlwind 3-day photo shoot. We laughed, we stretched and we sat in Giant chairs. The Giant chair thing is not related to Foundation Training’s philosophy of “changing what was believed to be proper human movement”, but it was fun nonetheless.
Foundation Training, an innovative approach to human performance and movement, was created by Chief Imagineer, Dr. Eric Goodman while he was a chiropractic student. His colorful title is definitely indicative of his positive energy and creative spirit
We were able to get fantastic shots of Eric and his amazing team and (Bonus!) captured a couple shirtless beefcake shots for good measure.

Rob Lowe recently appeared as host this year's Artist of the Year Awards on CMT.
We had the honor of meeting Rob and the CMT crew a month ago when they booked 240Studio to shoot the TV spots and promo stills for the Artist of the Year Awards. It was an exciting day to have an actor of such caliber grace us with his presence. To be quite honest we were expecting a long list of special requests before he arrived. We've heard of celebrities demanding a room be filled with 234 white, vanilla scented candles before they enter it or requesting a rare and specific type of bottled water be on-hand at all times and exactly 78° F. But, celebrity stereotypes be damned! Rob is a regular dude...who just happens to be incredibly handsome, a super charismatic person and a great actor. There is one celebrity stereotype that even he cannot avoid, however. Fully grown women (and men for that matter) turn into giggling little girls when he enters the room. All-in-all though, Rob Lowe is a down-to-earth guy, which we should have guessed based on the fact that he chooses to live here in Santa Barbara instead of Hollywood. We hope Rob finds it in his easy-going heart to demand that all his future gigs be shot at 240Studio!
