We are a creative space for Santa Barbara events and photography: a place to tell your story! To eliminate any confusion, we're still located at the same place we are just a new and improved version of ourselves. Michelle Lee is going to remain as the space's creative leader and we will continue to provide a beautiful photography space and amazing event venue.
Sonos, a Santa Barbara based consumer electronics company held a team building workshop called Year:1, here at the loft. Sonos recruited recent college graduates to join their company and had an action packed weekend set up for them here!
The Narrative Loft was the perfect space for EF Santa Barbara's holiday party! This lovely group works hard all year to provide education opportunities for people around the globe. Education First International School was founded on the idea that you learn through experience.

In the blink of an eye, 240 STUDIO was transformed into a gorgeous reception hall filled with sunflowers, gerber daisies and twinkling lights from Wendee's Occasions for Carly and Tony's big day!
Just For Fun Party Rentals provided chairs and tables for 150 of their closest friends and family for a delicious dinner from Wild Onion Catering (before they were moved aside for guests to dance the night away!)

The Party Bus has scooped up 3 fabulous ladies of the Santa Barbara Events biz and dropped them at the well-dressed feet of Scott Topper for an action-packed interview sesh complete with jazz hands and sweet dance moves! The Disco-infused set and the party guests kicked off the maiden voyage of "Party Time with Scott Topper" with a BANG!
We recently had the pleasure of photographing two insanely talented musicians. Our new friends, John Brancy (Baritone) and Mario Antonio Marra (pianist), were the winners of the MAW’s Marilyn Horne annual song competition 2013 and came to 240 STUDIO to document their amazing accomplishment.
If you caught the The Magic Flute at the Granada Theater in August, then you saw Brancy in all his glory. He was the fantastic Papageno in the Music Academy’s performance of The Magic Flute!
The Santa Barbara Independent raved about the production. “As performed by the fellows of the Music Academy of the West last Friday at the Granada Theatre, the Flute cast its spell and demonstrated that for sheer musical invention, Mozart has never been surpassed.”
We had a great time in the Studio with John and Mario! Both guys were fantastic and fun to work with. We congratulate them on all of their hard work and hope they come back and visit us at 240 STUDIO soon!

“Taste Life”, produced by Endorphin Entertainment and Standing Sun Wines, is hosted and directed by Lee Abbott. General Hospital Actress and Co-Producer, Laura Wright is a special guest on the show along side her husband, Winemaker, John Wright of Standing Sun Wines.
We are excited to be involved in this project and we cannot WAIT to see the finished product! Come to 240 STUDIO on October 24th, meet the wonderful producers and taste their outstanding wine!
